Delete your data

What goes

• Your account record: your name, your email address, your picture, and the Google id everything you made was filed under.
• Your gradebook: every subject, term, weighting, target and mark.
• Your revision schedule and the log of every review behind it.
• Every run and score of yours, including your places on leaderboards.
• The sheets you saved, and the timetables you kept from other people.
• Your address, wherever somebody else typed it into a timetable’s share list. You stop being able to open those, which is the same thing as them no longer holding your address.
• Your balance of reads, your purchase records, and your history of AI reads.
• The reviewers and timetables you published, if that is what you chose above.

What stays

• Reviewers and timetables you chose to leave up. Your name and picture come off them, and nobody, including you, can edit them afterwards.
• Scores recorded while you were signed out. They never carried a name or an account, so there is nothing in them to find and delete.
• Records of coins you gave to an author, or were given, with your account taken off them. Each one also explains somebody else’s balance.
• Payment records at PayMongo. Those are theirs, kept under their own obligations, and not ours to erase.
• Ordinary server logs at Vercel, which age out on their own within a short period.
• Anything already downloaded or copied by somebody else. A published sheet was public, and a copy taken while it was up cannot be recalled.

If you cannot sign in

Write to the.renzgorre@gmail.com from the email address on the account, saying you want it deleted and whether your published reviewers should be taken down with it. You will get a reply within 5 business days and the deletion is done within 30 days, usually the same week.

If you write from a different address there will have to be some other way to show the account is yours, such as sending from the address on a purchase receipt. Deleting an account is irreversible, so it will not be done on an unverified say-so.

Smaller than everything

• One reviewer. Open it from your reviewers and delete it there. The account stays.
• Your grades only. The grade calculator deletes subjects and years from inside the page.
• Sagot’s access to your Google account. Revoke it at your Google account permissions. That stops future sign-ins but does not delete anything here, so do both if you want both.

Credits

Unused reads are deleted with the account and are not refunded, as the refund policy says. If you have a balance you care about, spend it before deleting.
